The Collective

An institution, built honestly.

What The ONmedia Collective believes, what it is built to do, and how it is held together: the lines, the desks, the partners and the standards.

Vision

Behavioural science in every room where leaders decide.

A future where the science of how people behave is built into the tools, rooms and conversations leaders already use, rather than left on a shelf.

Mission

We build, hold and partner on the platforms and products that turn behavioural science into decisions people act on.

Purpose

A portfolio of platforms, products and partnerships designed to help leaders and organisations get unstuck, stay sharp and lead with clarity.

Values

Five things we will not trade.

  1. 01

    Evidence before opinion.

Every claim we publish has a source. Every product is tested before it is sold.

  2. 02

    Built to be held.

We build intellectual property, systems and agreements that outlast a single engagement.

  3. 03

    Candour with care.

We say the true thing, in a way that can be heard.

  4. 04

    Partnership, properly.

Two businesses sign. Terms are written down, reviewed and fair to both sides.

  5. 05

    Follow-through.

We measure what people do afterwards, not how they felt in the room.

TEND. Which way do you tend?

TEND, the Trait-based Executive Navigation Diagnostic, shows the direction a person tends to take at work. It is built for everyone at work, not only senior leaders, and it is open for beta testing now. Beta testers take it early and tell us what to sharpen.

The organogram

One company. Four lines. Real partners.

Founder-led today, and drawn as it is. The desks are real inboxes, the partners are named with their permission, and nothing here is an invented hire. Select any part to see what it does.

The desks

Five desks. One reply standard.

Write to the desk that fits. Each one is a real inbox, and every one reaches the founder. Speaking requests go through Social Alchemists.

Published standards

The rules we publish.

Institutions publish their rules. These are ours.

The evidence standard

  • Every number we publish carries its source and its date.
  • If we cannot verify something, we say so, or we leave it out.
  • Scores come from the room's own survey, never from our estimate.
  • Client names appear only with the client's permission.

The partner standard

  • We partner with people and organisations who think in years, not quarters.
  • Who want evidence, and are willing to be measured.
  • Who will sign a proper agreement, with intellectual property protected on both sides.
  • We do not partner with any organisation involved in animal testing or animal abuse.
  • We do not take sponsors whose product Andrew has not used or cannot personally vouch for.
